I was so excited when I heard that Perry Ferrell was doing a song for this soundtrack – but what a piece of trash!
From the lyrics, to the beat, to the mood of it – and what’s up with the weird female background singer?! Sounds like a really bad ’80s song (and I have nothing against most ’80s songs).
And it doesn’t even try to be coy or smart about any kind of sexual tension or innudendo (”Go all the way with me” repeated over & over?!?).
I would dislike this song even if it had nothing to do with the movie. Hopefully it will be the last song at the end of the movie credits (if it even gets played at all).
I LOVE Decode and I really like the Black Ghost’s song, and I’m a big fan of Collective Soul. So hopefully the odds are stacked for me liking the other songs on the rest of the soundtrack – and if not, I have my own playlist.

I hate Twilight. Really I do, and I’m saddened that someone as great as Perry Farrell(Lead singer of Jane’s Addiction) lent his talents to this shit-pile. Muse and Paramore’s additions sadden me more.
So online retail sales have been up for 2009. Thats great, I can’t believe people are still buying things online like hobby products, and what not. I want to get one of those rock tumblers. Seems like a nice hobby. Not too expensive. Don’t have to be around another person to enjoy it.
OMG! i hate full moon. it sucks. but i love both rob pattinson songs and Decode is so cool! i think that the song ‘My Immortal’ by Evanescence would be perfect for the new moon soundtrack! it sounds just like bella and how she feels when edward leaves, but she still feels his presence around her. Plus since he’s an immortal it fits in really well! i hope evanescence does a song for New Moon!
